.EU Domain names must meet a number of technical requirements:

 

1. minimum 2 characters among the letters "a to z", the numbers "0 to 9" and the hyphen "-"; (view all supported characters)

2. maximum of 63 characters;

3. must not begin or end with a hyphen;

4. must not contain a hyphen "-" on the 3rd and 4th position simultaneously.
